He was very diligent in getting the stains out where he could and explained clearly why certain areas couldn’t be fixed and would need a professional tile installer to re-do (where grout was chipped and not stained). He also re-measured our space and helped us get a lower estimate. I had previously done a quick general measurement without taking out the counter and sink space so it was originally overestimated.
